WindEnergy 2018

In collaboration with our German Partner B-Command, Ravioli S.p.A. is pleased to meet you in Hall B6, Booth 205, during the next edition of WindEnergy 2018, which will be held in Hamburg – Germany – September, 25-28 2018. On the occasion of such an important event, we will be there at your own convenience to introduce to you all the latest news, as well as our complete range of products, both in standard and bespoke versions, suitable for each of your requests.
It will be our pleasure to personally show you the peculiarities which characterise our Rotary Limit Switches Types FRS and Driver FRM, both of which have been studied and realised with features specifically appropriate for the application on wind turbines. Since years, we’ve been strongly committing to sustain and respect the environment, as well as to manufacture solutions which are suitable for the production of renewable energy, both wind and solar. Our commitment is well described in our project Green e-motion, which has been created with the very aim for our R&D Dept to focus on the development and realisation of solutions, fitting the production of wind power energy. Our Limit Switches FRS and Driver FRM were born to satisfy this aim.
FRS Type is specifically used in applications in which a very precise and reliable accuracy, combined with small dimensions, are required. The FRS range can be customised thanks to a series of accessories available upon request, such as different cam profiles or optional angular sensors, according to the client’s needs.
Driver FRM Type is the result of the constant improvement of devices created to be highly versatile and adjustable to different requests of the client. Equipped with 3 internal rotation axes, they are perfect for the yaw and pitch control on wind turbines, guaranteeing, in each moment, a precise recording of the movement, position and inclination of the engaged elements, Ravioli Limit Switch Driver FRM positively went through the qualifying examination for corrosion and salt spray, according to EN ISO 9227:2006, as well as for resistance to humidity, according to ISO 6270, ensuring the perfect eligibility to be safely applied on offshore wind turbines as well.
