2016 is a very special year as it represents an important goal in Ravioli’s history. The Milanese Company celebrates its first 90 years of activity, through the enthusiasm, the passion, the commitment and the care for both innovation and its own traditions, which characterised Ravioli S.p.A. since 1926, year of its establishment. The third and forth generations, now-a-days running the Company together, treasured and currently carry on the values, the directness, the professional ethic and the importance of true human relationships, which have been passed on by the previous generations and have always distinguished the Company and the people involved. Strongly tied to 90 years of success, gained experience, innovation and foresight, both in terms of corporate structure and in terms of range of products, Ravioli S.p.A. – in occasion of its 90th anniversary – decided to put together all the documents, the stories, the memories and the most important moments and reached goals, which have characterised – and still do – the Company’s history, in a celebrating book. This volume travels through the decades from the establishment in 1926, through crucial moments in worldwide history – such as the Second World War – to the economic boom of the 60s and 80s. In an escalation of funny stories, curious tales about the people who have been -and currently are – the vibrating heart of Ravioli S.p.A., of innovating entrepreneurial choices in a specific historic context which turned out to be winning and successful, the book narrates the history of the Milanese Company, but above all, of a Milanese Family and all the persons involved, who contributed to let Ravioli grow through the years.
