During SPS 2022 in Parma, you’ll experience the complete range of Slip Rings Ravioli, particularly suitable for applications on the main earth moving machineries, water treatment plants and wrapping, packaging, bottling and labelling lines.
You’ll also have the chance to personally see our Slip Rings type Roller and PRM Premium, and their full set of potential, specific features and exclusive accessories which make them the most versatile and highly requested slip rings for such applications.
A new and innovative solution is on its way: the new PRN Roller Plus will be launched in Parma. Able to mix the best qualities of Ravioli Slip Rings type Roller – such as high rotation speed, IP65 protection degree, aluminium bottom, and cover – to a strong mechanical resistance. The new Roller Plus gives the chance to increase the number of rings up to 36, or to add a position sensor inside.
Ideal to be applied in packaging, labelling, and wrapping lines, the new PRN Roller Plus is essential in applications in which reduced dimensions, high rotating speed and air passage are required. Thanks to the special air passage manufactured inside the new Roller Plus, the product leads to a customer benefit in terms of efficiency in size, high performance, and limited weight.
PRR Roller and PRN Roller Plus offer another important advantage in maintenance. If the replacement of a brush is required, it’s possible to remove the brush and replace it with a new one, without uninstalling the slip ring: a solution to spare time with otherwise complicated operations.
During SPS 2022 in Parma, we will be glad to show you the new PMR Premium Ravioli. Smaller version of the already well-known PME Evolution, the innovative PMR Premium is more compact in dimensions and easier in composition. Despite fewer rings available compared to PME Evolution, the new PMR Premium guarantees a high-power supply albeit reduced dimensions: it’s perfectly designed to be applied on small auto cranes or earth moving machines which require such technical features.
