The innovative Ravioli Slip Ring PRM Premium has been studied, projected and manufactured specifically for applications on small auto cranes and earth-moving machineries, which require devices with reduced dimensions combined to high power supply.
Thanks to its unique design studied to the last detail by our technicians, by carefully listening to our clients’ requests and needs, the new PMR Premium is characterised by a reduced diameter and a high modularity, which together allow to perfectly mix the benefit of small space required to high versatility in combining brushes and rings. That’s the the reason why our new PMR Premium can perfectly respond to the needs of the final user, by fully preserving the mechanical resistance and the high protection degree.
Provided with cable entries of different sections, in order to grant the highest adaptability and to perfectly fit a range of different cables, PMR Premium is strongly customisable with Ethernet, Ethernet, PROFI-BUS and CAN-BUS, Touch System Brushes, auxiliary contacts and can be coupled to fluidic joints. Available in standard or mixed versions, combining rings and brushes up to 100A each, for a maximum of 2 per execution. It is also provided with auxiliary rings – 10A each – as well as signal rings and brushes – 2A each.
Available upon request the possibility to add encoders and optional sensors, whilst its aluminium bottom guarantees strong mechanical resistance and a high protection degree IP65.
This range of Slip Rings widens the flexibility of the already numerous solutions provided by Ravioli, by combining quality and innovation, with safety and specific requests of each customer.
The Touch System Brushes, available upon request, ensure a better contact continuity and a better performance during the passage of the signals within the slip rings. Thanks to a wider surface of contact – compared to traditional brushes – the new Touch System Brushes allow to optimise the longevity and efficiency of the product in its lifetime.
An easy match with fluidic joints and a series of other optional accessories, available upon request, as well as the high versatility of the composition of rings and brushes make the new Ravioli PRM Premium an ally to satisfy the user needs.
Like the complete range of Slip Rings manufactured by Ravioli S.p.A., also the new PMR Premium has been created with a unique design, specifically studied by our R&D Team of qualified Technicians, and it is covered by patents.
